How our 1:1 sessions work

In our one-to-one sessions, there is no single formula you need to follow. We work in a way that feels natural and effective for you.

Every session begins with The Method — a simple, grounded way of understanding how your mind, emotions, and patterns shape your reality.

From there, we may work in one of two ways — or combine them naturally.

There is no right choice here — only what supports you best.

Option 1:

Clarity through The Method

If you resonate more with understanding, dialogue, and insight, we work primarily through conversation and reflection.

This approach helps you:

  • understand why your life looks the way it does

  • see the patterns running beneath the surface

  • regain clarity, direction, and self-trust

This path is often preferred by people who are more analytical, reflective, or mentally oriented.

Option 2:

Guided Inner Experience (guided meditation within the 1:1 session)

If you feel drawn to inner experience rather than analysis, we can work through guided meditation, tailored to your intention.

These are not generic recordings. They are personalized, one-to-one guided experiences, created in the session itself. Each guided meditation session includes:

  • time to clarify your intention

  • a 20–25 minute guided inner experience

  • space for integration afterward

This approach can support themes such as self-confidence, emotional balance, relationships, vitality, focus, or letting go of old patterns.

Most people naturally combine both.

Understanding creates clarity.

1:1, The Method — Personal Development, Online.

In our work together, we move through three simple yet powerful steps:

1️⃣ Mental Clarity – we identify the exact belief that limits you and replace it with a new one aligned with who you truly are.
2️⃣ Somatic Processing – we use the body through rhythmic bilateral stimulation to release tension and prepare space for your new belief.

How It Works (in short):

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • Availability: Sessions are scheduled together, within 17:00–22:00 (GMT+3), Monday to Sunday, depending on availability.

  • Fee: €197 – payment made online, in advance

  • Booking: We confirm all session details personally via WhatsApp — a simple and human approach.

  • No automated scheduling: every session is agreed upon individually.

  • Cancellation: up to 24 hours before the session – otherwise, the session is considered completed

  • Delay: more than 15 minutes = session considered completed

  • Communication: via WhatsApp, for scheduling or short clarifications

  • Session reset (if needed): we establish together the rhythm and frequency of your future sessions
