2. Professional Status

Services are provided by Sandi Drăgoi, Certified Personal Development Advisor (COR 242324).

This form of guidance focuses on:

• mindset transformation

• personal growth

It is not equivalent to psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or clinical psychology services.

3. Booking & Payment

• All sessions and services are paid in advance

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe / Podia)

• Access or scheduling details are provided after payment confirmation

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable

• Missed sessions are considered completed

• One free reschedule per month may be offered with at least 24h notice

5. Refund Policy

• Digital products (courses, materials) are non-refundable

• 1:1 sessions are generally non-refundable

• Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in special cases

6. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

• The services provided are supportive, not directive or prescriptive

• Results may vary based on individual engagement and application

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, within the limits of applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

SandiDragoi OÜ is not liable for:
